Trying Alternative Therapy: An Introduction

I am a huge believer in the benefits of natural health. I think that in today’s society, we’re way too dependant on medication. Be it a mild headache that we take an aspirin for, or even the misuse of antibiotics on a cold or flu, I do think it’s safe to say that society relies way too much on pharmaceuticals.

It’s because of these reasons that I have recently started to look into alternative health therapies. To be honest, I’ve always been a little bit alternative when it comes to this type of stuff. I’ve been using essential oils since I was born, my mother was very into holistic health and wellbeing and passed that on to me. But I’m totally ready to take it a step further!

I am now going to be running a series on this blog all about the different alternative therapies I’m going to be trying out. So far I’ve done reflexology, lymphatic drainage, I’ve seen a psychic, I’ve gone for dry-needling…. so many different experiences that I cannot wait to write about.

Let me know if you’re excited, or if you have any alternative therapies you’d like me to try out and review! Sending you all lots of love!
